Search folders

  1. Select your calendar meeting or appointment.

  2. Right click and select Categorize.

  3. Choose the colour and category that matches your meeting i.e Yellow for fitness.

Rename your colour categories

  1. Select Appointment tab.

  2. Select All Categories from drop-down.

  3. Select colour and Rename

  4. Select New to add another colour category
