Upon registration, I/my organisation will become liable for the program fee and will be bound by the terms and conditions.

Withdrawal and deferral

As Training Lab incurs substantial administrative costs prior to programs, the following policy applies to participant withdrawal and deferral:

If the participant withdraws more than 42 days before a program, Training Lab will provide a full refund. Participants are allowed one free deferral to another program within 12 months, provided they notify Training Lab in writing no less than 21 days before this program. If less than 42 days is provided for withdrawals and deferrals, the following fees are payable:

Cancellation

Less than 24 hours or no show: 100% of program fee (please contact Training Lab asap if you think you will not be able to attend the program we will do our best to limit the fees)
Over 24 hours to 14 days. 50 % of program fee
15 to 21 days 25 % of program fee

Deferral

Less than 24 hours or no show: $100 administration charge

Over 24 hours to 14 days. $50
15 to 21 days No charge

Substitutions

Consideration may, in some circumstances, be given to replacement with an alternative candidate. Substitution depends on factors including notice being given to Training Lab in writing, an appropriate candidate, and sufficient time for pre-work to be completed.

Fees

Program fees are due two weeks prior to the program date. Interest will be charged on unpaid accounts from the due date until the date of payment at a rate of 2% per month. Interest is charged on all overdue balances including interest charges. The customer shall become liable for all costs, expenses or fees reasonably incurred by Training Lab in recovering overdue accounts.

Cancellation

Training Lab reserves the right to cancel a program and will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. Upon cancellation, any fees already paid by the participant will be applied to a following program of the participant’s choice.
